Knights Media app for iPhone and iPad

Knights Media is a new department at the Barstow School. In this department, students are encouraged to find and establish their voice by developing critical thinking skills, courage, passion, and curiosity. Students receive the tools needed to grow as individuals and learn in a professional setting, using real-world equipment led by experienced teachers.

Knights Media is designed to allow students space to develop their unique creative skill set by implementing strong writing, extemporaneous speaking and design aesthetic skills. The students will implement the techniques they’ve learned while maintaining strong journalistic integrity.

Students cultivate the ability for reflection and self-critique; shaping their passion into a drive to learn and to pursue excellence, both in and outside of the Media Arts.
